Richard Martin Lusinga, popularly known as Rich Mavoko, was born on October 26, 1990, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Rich Mavoko emerged as a prominent figure in the Tanzanian music scene, initially gaining recognition with King Kaka Records in 2016. His notable collaborations include “Kokoro” featuring Diamond Platnumz, “Rudi” with Patoranking, “Show Me” featuring Harmonize, and “Bad Boy” with A.Y. In 2020, he released his debut EP, MiniTape, as an independent artist.

Mavoko’s departure from WCB Wasafi, where he was previously signed, was marked by controversy. He cited issues such as perceived unfair treatment and contractual disagreements as reasons for leaving the label. This departure led to significant challenges, including the temporary suspension of his original YouTube channel. Rich Mavoko subsequently launched a new channel under the name Bilionea Kid and continues to produce and release music independently.
Chino Kidd, born Isaya Michael Mtambo, is a Tanzanian artist making waves in the Bongo Amapiano genre. Originating from Ifakara in the Morogoro Region, Chino Kidd moved to Dar es Salaam to pursue his passion for dance and music. He initially gained fame as a choreographer for Rich Mavoko and later Marioo. His breakthrough came with the hit single “Zuma,” which established his presence in the music industry and introduced his signature “Chino Wanna Man” tagline.
Chino Kidd was awarded Best Music Dancer of the Year at the Tanzania Music Awards in 2023. Beyond his music career, he aspires to open a dance academy to support and mentor young talents facing hardships.
