DJ Davizo, born David William Mchome, is an acclaimed Bongo Flava and Dancehall artist from Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. He spent his formative years in Kampala, Uganda, before returning home to pursue his music career. In 2008, he founded a dance crew, gaining early recognition in the entertainment scene. Later, he became a popular DJ in Arusha and Dar es Salaam, producing his own beats and songs. His first major breakthrough came with the hit song “Vumiliaa,” which propelled him into the spotlight.
