Klint TZ, born and raised in Tanzania, is one of the rising stars in the Bongo Fleva music scene. His love for music began early, and by the age of 15, he had already secured his first record deal with M-Lab Records after winning a rap contest. This victory set the stage for his promising career in music, giving him the opportunity to develop his skills and make a name for himself.

In 2016, Klint TZ formed the Tema-Yai Nation, a collective of alternative artists who combine Kiswahili and English in their music. The group quickly gained popularity, particularly on digital platforms like SoundCloud, where they amassed a significant following.

Klint’s musical style is a unique blend of Bongo Fleva, Afrobeats, and Hip-hop, making him one of the most versatile artists in the industry today. His innovative approach to music led him to launch his brand “Brrdan” in 2020, an extension of his musical and artistic expression. The name “Brrdan” is a playful take on the Swahili word “Burudani”, meaning entertainment, and it represents Klint’s desire to provide pure enjoyment through his music.
With several successful singles under his belt, including “Burudani,” “Mdogo Mdogo,” and “Bata,” Klint TZ continues to push the boundaries of Tanzanian music. His debut EP, “Asaly,” released in 2024, showcases his growth as an artist and cements his place as a force to be reckoned with in the Bongo Fleva genre.
