Pius Mayanja, better known by his stage name Pallaso, is a Ugandan recording artist, songwriter, producer, and videographer. His diverse music style includes Afrobeats, Hip hop, Dancehall, Afropop, and RnB. Pallaso began his musical journey in 2000 at Leone Island, a music group led by his older brother, the legendary Dr. Jose Chameleone. After living in the United States for 10 years, Pallaso returned to Uganda in 2014, where he pursued his solo career and formed Team Good Music, which has contributed significantly to the Ugandan music scene.

Born on September 5, 1987, in Kawempe, Kampala, Pallaso is known for his hit songs and unique contributions to East African music, earning him the titles King of the East and Sucker Free Boss.
