Khaligraph Jones, born Ouko Robert, is an award-winning Kenyan rapper and hip-hop artist, known for his impactful lyrics and unique style. Hailing from Kayole, Nairobi, Khaligraph has been a dominant force in the African hip-hop scene since his debut. His breakthrough came when he won the Channel O Music Video Awards Emcee Africa in 2009, instantly gaining international recognition.
Khaligraph Jones’ career began in 2008, and since then, he has released numerous hit singles and albums, including his debut studio album “Testimony 1990,” which reflects his personal journey and challenges faced in Kenya. His talent has earned him multiple accolades, such as the Best Rap Act of the Year at the 2018 Afrimma Awards in Dallas, Texas, and the Best Hip Hop Act at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards in Lagos, Nigeria. He was also nominated for the BET Awards in 2020 for the Best International Flow category.

In May 2021, Khaligraph was named the East African Rapper of the Year at the MTN Uganda Awards and later partnered with Odibets, a sports betting company, to launch the popular ‘OdiNare’ rap challenge under their Odimtaani initiative.
